Met one of my deadlines today! I’ve been unbelievably stressed!😫 I’ve worked every single day since last Tuesday, even Sat & Sun full days. The house contract was signed. So much legal stuff all pro builder. They wouldn’t hold the property even wit the deposit until they received the signed contract in 6 hrs🙄. You’re basically playing by their rules if you want the property. Now🤞🏻no issues pop up. It’s already fully built. Just made financial sense since they were offer $20k in seller credits AND they’re offering a 30 yr lock rate of 6.25%. And I can use part of the $20k to buy down my rate to the low mid 5% range. Inventory in my area is very low 1.4 mth supply. Other houses and townhomes are going for about the same price point, but I couldn’t get that rate down without shelling out $$$$$. I’m super excited about getting out of the tiny apartment. My ex will be happy I’m getting the remainder of my things out of his house 😂. Thankfully we have a good relationship, no animosity or anger between us. Sad to hear so many divorces don’t go so well and spouses despise each other 🙁. I’m off to bed. Have a great night 😘
