I got dressed then wasn’t digging the sweater with the pants so had to change😄. Loving my tricep😁 I’ve been renting my apartment since I split with my ex over 2 yrs ago. My lease is up in April. Last year, they went up on my rent despite them having other 1st floor 1 bedroom units available $200+ less than what I’m paying now. And I even called the corporate office with other comparable apartments and they still refused to drop the price. I have a feeling I’ll be dealing with the same issue. And they won’t let me move into another 1 bedroom unit. I’ve decided a couple months back that I think I want to purchase a townhome. My anxiety is up as I’ve been looking for a place. I was considering a new community with move in ready place and they’re offering buyers credits. Working with the builders lender and working numbers only to finally get the payment down to what’s comfortable and it as already under contract 😫. This is not for the faint of heart 😬

Did CrossFit in the morning. Started with 115 sumo deadlift and last round ended with 160lbs😁 💪🏻🏋️♂️. And all that was after about 7 min warmup. It was a good mix of strength and cardio. Still have to be careful with my back. You don’t feel it when when you have the endorphins pumping 😬

Thought I’d share some of tonight’s adventure. The company Xmas party is tomorrow night, Hawaiian themed (just wait until tomorrow for my costume 😋). We also have a scavenger list to do for points. First one is pretending to be an elf on a shelf😬 (come on, use your imagination 😂). I got bonus points for sitting on Santa’s lap😄. I lied😬, that’s was NOT a Xmas cookie. It was a same protein bar smashed to look like a cookie 🤣. I still have a few more things I need to complete so I’ll share them tomorrow or Sunday when I have more time. 😘 Please forgive me for not responding to messages. I promise I will, just been so hectic between work, getting things for the party and the scavenger hunt. I actually deserve double points since I don’t have a plus one and I’m doing it alone…boohoo.

Work has been crazy busy. Met my deadline today so all my financials have been submitted to corporate. And my summary to the boss explaining all the changes and variances from the prior month have been submitted and accepted. I love my career…that is the fun stuff I enjoy doing 😁. Now I have projects I need to complete before month end, my goals I like to set for myself. I know I push myself to do better and be better.

I’m being super lazy today. Back is still painful, but seems to be getting slightly better. This is the worst I’ve ever pulled a muscle. I’ve not worked out like my normal workouts since Wed. 😫. I’ve only been walking 30min on treadmill and doing 20min stretching videos.
