Moved more items to the new place. I’ve realized there are zero linen closets and zero drawers on the bathrooms 😩🙄 so having to look at more strategic cabinet organizers. No coat closet so been looking for an armoire. I’d rather buy second hand than purchase something new. However, it’s difficult when you don’t have someone to help you to go and pick up and unload the item. 😞. Great new is I’m off tomorrow and appliances and internet will be installed 🙌🏻😁
Financial reports submitted!!! Woohoo 🙌🏻 it was tough. One deadline done, 2 more critical ones to go. Still some other reports need done, but they aren’t as critical and aren’t reported to corporate. Off on Friday as I’m getting appliances delivered and internet service installed. Still need to make the big move of everything else in the apartment. I haven’t scheduled the U-Haul yet as I haven’t had time to pack up the stuff that’s still being used. 😩 I want to be fully moved in this weekend, just don’t think it’ll happen
Was back in the office today. Glad I worked all that I did last week. Financials are due to corporate tomorrow. About 3 hours today was ste up with interruptions and people camping out in my office wanting to chitchat 😖. Normally, I don’t mind, but just wayyyy too much to get done. Time for bed. 😘

Had my follow up appointment today. Stitches were removed and the incision tape was removed. It is looking good. Still stressing about deadlines. Been working from home, but still pulling 9-11 hr days. Going in tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 I complete everything and can enjoy 1 day off. Next week will be nuts!!!! Yes these are all reposts

Just a quick update. Surgery went well. It took about 3.3 hrs and I had a friend pick me up and stayed the night with me. I have a compression garment that’s like a full body suit down to my calves. Bruising pain is setting in so one more day of typically the worst pain then it will better day by day from there. I’m able to move around, just very slow to do so. Thanks for all the well wishes 😘
After surgeon marked me up. Just prior he put in his 2 cents that with me because I keep looking better each time, he proceeded by saying there comes a time when you need to admit that you look fantastic 🥰😊.. do know that, but I know there’s room for improvement 🙂

Another long 10 hr day at work. I’m getting anxious about the surgery 😬. Not so much surgery itself as I totally trust my surgeon and I know I’ve done all I can do to have a successful procedure. I should be under about 4.30 hrs. I’m scheduled first thing in the morning. I plan to workout, just have to do it without water or gum😬😩. I know the first 3 days are the worst, 3 rd day being the absolute worst. From then on it’s just continue to take it easy and not do too much. And no lifting anything more than 5 lbs😖😅. So excited. I have my new home orientation tomorrow. Closing won’t be until 26 th, but this gives me a chance to see if they fixed some issues and learn more about features and maintenance of the home. Monday I’ll be heading to. Back at work again today. I swore yesterday morning I was in a very good position am that I was certain I didn’t have to go in today. However… started diving into and accounting issue with vehicle leases. My predecessor had reported the lease on old accounting rules which was incorrect because the rules had changed prior to the lease being booked🙄. And there’s a payroll allowance issue to further complicate things. So deep dive into what was done, how it should be and then how to make the corrections 😩. And coworkers seem to think the reason I work so much is because I’m on my phone 😡…no it’s because my predecessor didn’t do his fucking job😡. I’m tired of working weekends. Okay stepping off my soapbox.
On a good note…I ran into the grocery store before home and I crossed paths with a guy a few times in 10 min. I was walking out and he was just ahead of me.
