And let me tell you about my mishap lol. I grabbed what was meant to be chicken stock to add to my onion and leek that I was sweating for my braised greens and because the cartons are the same/costoc, I accidentally dumped oat milk into my onions. Soooo had to start over lol.
Prime rib went into the oven early at 200 degrees, can’t wait to eat that meat haha
