

I filmed a new stretching video for you guys, since you love them so much π this time it's almost 15 minutes long!! π€ΈββοΈ I filmed from two different angles to show what I'm doing most deliciously π I focused especially much on moving my spine and hips, since I've been having some tension in my lower back and I was going to go out dancing in the evening and just wanted to prepare so I'd be able to move as freely and comfortably as I wanted π I just always feel better in my body after I have a bit of a stretch What do you do, to feel most comfortable in your body?
