Pros of training at home: you can do it in your underwear (or naked. whatever floats your boat :p ) I only went for a super light workout to get my body moving a little while still giving my leg the chance to properly recover. Itβs feeling so much better already and Iβm soo grateful. I really was scared for a second that I injured it again.. because I struggled with it in the past. So Iβm really happy that it ended up being not serious at all π₯ΉππΌ
