

Sweet little breakfast of mine!๐ My weekly schedule the next couple of months๐ Monday-Friday: ๐05:00-07:00 Cardio, breakfast and getting ready for work. ๐07:00-17:00 Work and travel ๐17:00-17:30 Snack and preparation for gym ๐17:30-19:00 Gym time! ๐19:00-20:00 Shower, dinner and preparations for next day ๐20:00-21:00 Last meal, posting some daily updates here and on some days there will probably be a quickie with the camera before bedtime๐ ๐ ๐21:00 - 05:00 Sleep, Sleep and Sleep *Workouts are 4 days per week so if I have a rest day mid week I will create some new content Weekends: ๐I often work on Saturdays as well but it's a bit more relaxing and also from home๐ Otherwise I try to just chill and maybe do some fancy stuff like laundry and meal prep๐ And if I'm in the mood I try to create some more exclusive content which often takes a bit longer. ๐Sundays are usually spent editing and uploading. You probably think that the content I do is just recording and uploading but sadly no๐ Some videos takes hours and hours to record and edit in total๐ But they will hopefully last forever and you seem very happy as soon as I create something a bit more unique and that makes me very, very happy๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ Kisses!
