

Day 2 of feb. My weekday food routine.
About to drive 4 hrs to my midpoint. That’s also where my gym is.
This is my typical food I eat during the week
Breakfast. 1-2 eggs. Apple. Banana if I bought some. And cup of orange slices drained. 2 hrs later i drink a meal replace shake and eat a spoon of peanut butter. Gym.
Then I eat another egg. Peanut butter if I get a little hungry later and finally a protein drink.
No more food after 4-5pm and fast until 6-7am
