Unfortunately, the new starving foster dog that I rescued, accidentally killed one of my Guineas... So I immediately plucked her and brined her over night.. Slow smoked, then made a cream sauce from my fresh garden ingredients π€ (Waste not, won't not πͺ) Saved the feathers for making fishing lures and arrows πΉ It was delicious, my first time having Guinea fowl π
