any of my subscribers a bit neuro-spicy? 🧠I'm wondering if any of you cheeky lot has ADHD? mainly because I'd love to know what you do on a daily basis to keep your mind feeling relaxed...This morning, before I even got out of bed, I grabbed my phone and searched for a morning meditation. It was only 5 minutes long but it stopped my brain from being hectic! Normally I wake up and my body is like this:💭 you've gotta do that admin thing today!🍝 yeah but before that, eat something so you have energy☕️ ooooh maybe you should have a coffee for energy!💊 ah! can't do that before medication...🚿 have a shower and decide then?🐶 BARK. dog needs going out. 🌧️ it's raining, I should walk my dog first and then shower so I dont need to shower twice.🧠 maybe just go back to sleep?💭 you need to work today as well, and you've got plans this evening. just get up.All these thoughts and MORE happen within seconds of me opening my eyes but if I am sneaky and begin a meditation before I have a chance to plan my day, the pace winds right down and life is a bit more calm.
