Four weeks post show. Haven’t been training hard or eating properly since my show. It’s been a good long break. I am ready to slowly get myself back into top form. Shouldn’t take more than a few weeks to really start seeing the cuts again. I may possibly do another show this year. But that is yet to be determined. I have my mind back in the right place. I was lost for a couple weeks. But I got it screwed back on and everything is in order.

Sissy squat 4 sets of as many reps as possible. Take your time and feel the stretch on the eccentric and then blast up and squeeze hard for the concentric 5. Barbell Calves raises 4 sets 20-25 reps 2-3 second eccentric with 1 second hold at the top of each rep 6.
