A broken heart often leads us down many paths, each one a different attempt to fill that unbearable void left behind. 

Some of us throw ourselves into work or new hobbies, trying to become better versions of ourselves in what can be a desperate bid for validation, competition or retaliation. Others turn to distractions or addictions, anything to dull the pain. Some escape into denial, imagining a world where the hurt doesn’t exist. And some, in their loneliness, seek solace in others.

The emptiness can feel insufferable. The reality of being alone can feel like too much to endure, and for a while, any escape, no matter how fleeting or hollow, seems like the only way to keep going. 

I tried it all. But through the storm of my emotions, I clung to one truth: "No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell."

There’s so much to be learned from this one "simple" sentence. Here's three of the guiding principles that have helped me through some of the hardest moments:

Embrace. Feel every moment of that burning hell. Remember, giving in is not the same as giving up. In fact, they are often opposites. Every escape is a way to avoid the very feelings that bring the most valuable lessons. The cost is steep — sleepless nights, endless tears, and moments of utter darkness and hopelessness. But this investment will pay off. You’ll uncover new depths to your character, your capacity, and your love for yourself and the future chapters of your life.

Don’t shy away from the moments that hurt the most or the tasks that seem impossible. Your roots are forged by embracing, accepting, and forgiving the very things you want to avoid.

Aim. Don’t suffer for the sake of suffering. Do it with purpose. Do it to learn, to send your roots deeper, so you can grow bigger and reach higher. This is where your mindset must shift in the most profound way — don’t run away, run toward.

Re-discover yourself, align your life with your heart’s compass, and live with intention, fully and unconditionally — and thus unlike ever before.

Nourish. Like a tree, we need nourishment to survive and thrive. Self-care is nonnegotiable; it’s the most crucial practice you can adopt. You must learn to cultivate new sources of love, safety, appreciation, and excitement — the things you once relied on that special someone for.

Burning challenges and conscious navigation, paired with humility, patience, and kindness, form the recipe for a life that’s both healthy and abundant.

Making it your mission to fill your life with new people, places and projects that fills your heart and soul, is not only one of the most rewarding missions in our lives, but it can also be incredibly incredibly fun! 

Another, far more simple and straight forward, way of looking at it is this: If you’re in hell, why would you stop here? Keep going 🤷‍♂️

It’s about releasing the hold that pain or attachment has over you, so you can move forward without being weighed down. It’s not about forgetting, but about embracing the lessons and finding peace within yourself. For me it's also about celebrating the good times. I think it's very common to taint a whole history with someone because it makes it easier to let go and move on. For me, letting go means creating space for growth, self-love, and new beginnings, while still carrying both the wisdom and the heart-warming moments of the past. It’s about accepting that sometimes, the best way to honor what’s been is to release it with grace and allowing room for the person you are becoming. 

Letting go is the ultimate act of freedom — a declaration that your future is no longer defined by what you’ve lost, but by what you are ready to gain; who you are ready to become.

I wanna share something that I have touched on in many one-on-one conversations here since the release of my new collab, something that has really moved me. 🙏🏼♥️

This being my first topping scene recorded, a lot of you asked how I felt making it. I can honestly say I was really excited, and ofc a bit nervous too 🤭 ... Not to mention horny, haha! 😝 When I edited the video and looked through all the content again, I was also a bit hesitant. It's common to fall into the idea that all everyone ever wants when it comes to sex tapes is the hardcore rough pounding. Now, don't get me wrong! As you well know, I like it rough. One of my goals for this month is to put myself out there more. Saying yes to that date. Not spending the whole day obsessing over every little detail, like what I’m wearing, that pimple on my cheek, or how I blush and look away every time we lock eyes. And yeah, it might sound silly because a lot of you compliment me on the daily about the way I look and act (thank you! 🥹🫶), but still, I can be really insecure too. Believe it or not 🤷‍♂️

I have only just started putting myself out there again, and while I absolutely love my work and often would rather work than go out and meet someone, I know I've also used it as an excuse not to have to open up my heart again. Cause last time, like for so many of us, it ended up broken to bits. In addition, many people who wants to see me know what I work with or have seen me on socials or onlyfans. Sometimes I feel like I can't live up to the expectations I create for myself. I was supposed to go on a date some weeks ago and I cancelled twice. Both times I made some harcore excuse, but it was simply because I go way too self-concious and stressed out about it. I’m supposed to do work but like so many times before my mind begins to wonder. It takes me back to that same place.

I would like to think that I have lived a life with a lot of love in it. I also feel like I have a lot of love to give. But… I still don't have the faintest idea how to describe it!

I know love through my closest friends. Through the moments when I laugh so hard I can't breathe. I know it through exploring the world, meeting new people, exploring new places and taking on new projects. Through learning more about life and growing as a person. I know it through romance, sex and falling for a person. I know it through living a life where tomorrow held nothing but hopes, excitement and butterflies of joy and curiosity. I also know it through living a life where I wish that tomorrow never came.

Love has been a best friend, and also my worst enemy. It's both incredibly frightening and hopelessly fascinating.

Together, maybe we can explore this feeling -- this word Love -- more this month? Maybe we will understand it better together? Or simply getting more confused by it?

One thing I do know about love, however, is this:

It’s been a month of sweat, hustle, and a lot of fun exploring everything from workouts to sports I’m passionate about. 🏋️‍♂️ I have done a lot of projects related to fitness, some of which haven't yet been released, but coming shortly (!😉)

I can say that working out, whatever form it takes, has always been and always will be an essential part of my life and my being! It’s one of the most rewarding projects I've ever dedicated myself to. It's true what they say, being fit is not a destination but a lifestyle. 

For me, it’s a lifestyle about exploring your passion, igniting your purpose and pursuing it with positivity! ❤️‍🔥

Whether this month has been about pushing limits, starting off on new resolutions, or simply having fun along the way, I hope you’ve enjoyed the ride as much as I have! 🎢 💪💛
