heaviest I’ve been in at least a week, coming up on 240! 😍 so close!! today I ate a fuck ton of sushi again (if anyone wants to tip to reimburse me for some of that it was like $70 🥵) but a whole thing of miso soup, 2 fancy rolls, 2 avocado rolls, 4 orders of salmon sashimi and a roll of dessert fruit sushi (I know - so good!!) then I had almost a whole bottle of sparkling fruit cider to chase it down, a whole bottle of full fat whipped cream that really bloated me up, then a pint of heavy cream, and a few hazelnut truffles 😮💨💕 so many calories!!

I got a new endoscope today and it’s pretty HD!
