Mess scene: Pour 2 cans of baked beans on stomach. Using both hands QUICKLY spread it all over stomach. Be rough, let it splatter.
Slapping scene: Using both hands slap upper and lower stomach. Fast / loud.
Conclusion scene: Stand up so your messy body is in frame. Take off your shirt and shorts. Food should be dripping down legs. Give inner thighs a slap.
