Yoga with bestie!! Got a little discouraged yesterday about working out(we do a bodyweight workout after yoga 4xa week). Sometimes I feel like I’m doing everything for nothing. I wanna see results and I’m not seeing any. But I try to remind myself that even though I’m not seeing results, it’s still good for my health to be active!!
