I was actually same weight I was at when I had a serious eating disorder and had to go into clinical recovery. That freaked me out enough to make a change. I set out with the goal of slowly putting on some weight and muscle and it’s been really hard but I’m happy with my results so far. As somebody who struggles with body image issues, purposely putting on weight is incredibly difficult for me mentally. This is a 10lb difference and I’m really happy with my progress. I’m definitely not done yet, I want to continue weightlifting and working out, but I wanted to share my progress. I’m really proud of this
