Each and every one of us have our own personal luggage of sorrow and pain. It's inevitable. To know that we are not alone, and to share our experiences with people we trust can be such a grieving process. *Time heals all wounds.* So cliché yet so damn true. Life isn't easy nor fair. But we still stand up no matter what and that is the most important thing, if you ask me. If you were to ask me last year if I believed I was a resilient person, my answer would've probably been different then today. I'm really proud of the women I'm becoming.

Why do I feel such at peace when surrounded by trees? well that is quite a good question to be asked... one that needs a lot of reflection and introspection. when I'm surrounded by trees, it's like if the time pauses for a brief moment. I listen to the sound of the wind brushing the leafs, and the birds singing, and in this very moment - this is when I truly feel like I'm in the present moment. I feel alive. I feel peaceful and energized at the same time. I think it's really important to figure out for yourself where you feel the most happy and alive. where do you feel inspired? where do you feel like you could accomplish amazing things? some people weren't made to live all their life in the city, and that's okay! I know one day I will find the perfect place for me. <3 and I'm excited to experience all of this with you.
