Just wanted to share a bit about my rather unusual day yesterday, along with the reason behind the absence of any posts during that time.
Started the morning with the usual routine – sorting and even editing some long-pending bodyart photos, grabbing breakfast, indulging in a little artistic sketching... all seemed quite normal. But then, closer to noon, things took a strange turn. I started feeling unwell, and I couldn't manage to do anything. Weakness, queasiness, dizziness... zero appetite, and on top of that, the tiniest things brought tears to my eyes (like a meme about chips - avoiding chips has become a bit of a "sensitive subject" for me). Long story short, I allowed myself to lie down and nap in the middle of the day, without scheduling any posts or accomplishing the things I had planned. Way to go, Margo😓
I ended up snoozing for a whopping 14 hours, but guess what? For the first time in quite a while, I'm not guilt-tripping myself over embracing the concept of relaxation and allowing my energy to recharge. Today, I'm taking things slow as I work, fingers crossed that I won't encounter a repeat of yesterday's peculiar episode🙏

I'd like to share a video with you, showcasing the process of my self-tying in shibari.
Initially, I was drawn to shibari for its visual appeal; I appreciated its aesthetic. That's why I engaged in photoshoots that involved ropes. The aesthetic was just captivating. However, during some of these sessions, I began to notice that my interest was evolving beyond the visual aspect and into the realm of sensations. At one point, I decided to try being the subject of shibari myself. It wasn't about a typical photoshoot, but rather a training session for the rope artist. During these instances, my focus shifted from my outward appearance to the sensations I experienced. I could distinguish the subtleties between different types of ropes, feel the contours of my body as they interacted with the ropes, and gain an understanding of my comfort zones and the boundaries between pleasurable discomfort and less tolerable sensations.
On the whole, shibari, for me, encapsulates beauty, pleasure, and a sense of exploration. I not only appreciate being bound by someone else's artistry but also strive to acquire the skills to engage in this practice myself.

I just got back from an incredible trip to Koh Larn, Thailand – and I wanna share my experience here!
The beach there is like something out of a dream, with crystal-clear water and the whitest sand I've ever seen.
Honestly, it's like time stood still on that island. I couldn't help but lose myself in the tranquility and beauty around me. I spent two amazing days on the beach, soaking up the sun and taking in the peaceful vibes, and later I wanna plan my next trip because this place has truly captured my heart.

This video was captured back in June when we ventured out for a riverside picnic.
The river, the forest on the other side, a vast picturesque sky above, and in the far distance, glimpses of residential houses… There were hardly any people around, so running through the grass without clothes turned out to be calmer than I had imagined.

My sister recently came to visit me, so we've been spending these days together. Yesterday was another eventful day in her company.
We had breakfast with fruits,
we spent the day on dance training,
we had a wonderful night swimming in the sea,
then we played VR-games at our friends' place,
and just had a nice conversation together.
Her visit to me feels like a mini-vacation, even for me. I can't remember the last time I consciously gave myself any sort of vacation, and now...yes, it's almost like a vacation.
Why "almost"?
Because I'm still sharing thoughts and pics here, I just spend significantly less time on it (…and I still feel a sense of guilt for attempting to relax).
I'll soon get back to my usual work routine, but for now, I'll try to redirect my focus on real life.

Today I'm feeling incredibly peculiar, to say the least. I had almost no sleep for about two days before this, and today, I experienced a full 11 hours of dreaming. In the dream, it felt like it lasted even longer, almost three days.
Lucid dreams are fascinating, but they can also be somewhat unnerving. While I was interacting with a dream character, I suddenly realized that I should be in Thailand, but my dream had me in my home country instead. Instead of enjoying the creative possibilities in a lucid dream, I became anxious and decided that I urgently needed to wake up. I woke up multiple times within different dreams, but I couldn't wake up in reality. Strangely, this was a scary and uncomfortable experience. When I finally managed to wake up for real, I felt a wave of tranquility and relief, like "Finally, it's over."
It would be fantastic to learn how to embrace lucid dreams and not fear them, I think.
